By accessing and using this website you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not wish to agree to these terms and conditions, please do not further access and /or use this website. 

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you are under 18, you must inform your parent or guardian about these before you register to use this website or any of this websites services. We only accept orders from those over 18.

Save The Med reserves the right to amend, modify and/or replace all or part of this website and the information and materials contained on it, as well as these terms and conditions. Please check these T&Cs periodically for changes or modifications.


To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address: shop@savethemed.org. 

Eligibility to purchase

In order to make a purchase through this website, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

By making an offer to purchase our products, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks, including but not limited to your credit card number, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transaction.

Personal data

You are kindly informed that according to theprivacy policy your personal data will be part of a file for which Save the Med is responsible, and that will be used for the purposes indicated in the aforementioned privacy policy. You have the right of access, rectification and cancellation, being entitled to enforce said right before Save the Med through the procedure indicated in the privacy policy.

The online store Save the Med does not accept any responsibility for any lack of stock.

How to buy

Save the Med uses the following purchase procedure:

The item(s) you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon on this website.

The shopping cart will include the reference number of the selected item(s), the name, size and price (including VAT).

In the shopping cart, we will show you a summary identifying the item(s) to be purchased, the total price (including VAT).

After selecting the item(s), you have to fill in an order form. This order form will request personal data and payment information for the purpose of processing the order(s). Please remember that all data must be completely accurate in order to avoid confusion or problems in delivering the item(s) purchased.

Order Confirmation


Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail message from Save the Med confirming that your order has been registered (order confirmation). This order confirmation will, among others, include information such as identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT/ IVA) and the delivery details.


If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service shop@savethemed.org who will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your order before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered.


Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communications problem with the network or a mistake in writing the e-mail address given. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment,or that the item ordered is out of stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, you shall be informed by e-mail and any payments will be refunded if the payment was already processed.


We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason  of our withdrawing any merchandise from this website whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on this website, refusing to process a transaction.

Pricing policy

Prices shown on this website are in the Euros and include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those that are expressly excluded. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on this website at the time the order is submitted will be honored. Save the Med will not be responsible for any special duties, custom duties or additional costs for deliveries. Save the Med reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except for orders that already have been made.

Payment methods and security         

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Save the Med will only accept payments made by using credit or debit cards, electronic payment systems, cash on delivery, or banking transfer upon availability as shown on the payment page, PayPal and cash on delivery, depending on the country where the order is to be sent.  No other form of payment other than those mentioned before will be accepted.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Save the Med, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make this website secure. In order to ensure secure payment transactions, Save the Med uses a secured payment system.  This means that all confidential data (e.g. credit card number and expiry date) are encrypted and transmitted directly, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to a secured server.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

Save the Med will not accept any responsibility for delays in delivering merchandise resulting from lack of authorization by the bank.

Save the Med reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons. Customers affected will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot verify the shipment and/or billing details, but we shall notify you if this happens. We further reserve the right not to accept and/or cancel an order if we believe the buyer is obtaining the items for re-sale.

Purchase limit

Due to our limited staffing orders must be over 20€

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order(s) at any time before your order(s) has been sent and receive a full refund. To cancel an order before it goes out contact our Customer Service on shop@savethemed.org to cancel your order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.


Returns and exchanges


Only defective good can be returned and within a period of 10 days.

If you wish to receive exclusive benefits and personalised services, you may create a Save the Med account. Such benefits and services may be modified from time to time in order to update it with new offers and/or promotional benefits for you.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade names, database rights and design rights) to all of the information and material (including all text logos, graphics and software) provided through this website shall remain the property of Save the Med or its associated companies, or are used with the consent of the relevant rights holders, and are explicitly reserved.

No commercial use

This website is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products or services contained within this website. You may not use this website, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own website.

Limits on our liability

In no event shall Save the Med be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense – irrespective of the manner in which it occurs – which may be suffered due and/or pursuant to your use of this website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish laws.  The parties, without waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that they may be entitled to by law, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Palma for any action and claim that could arise regarding the execution and/or interpretation of these T&Cs.
